The night is almost gone. The room smells of sex and sweat, wax and smoke. He's laying on a couch in an alluring pose; his cheap shirt is wide open and reveals a pale, shaved chest. There's a stain of faded make-up under his eyelashes. One hand lies in his lap, so close to the visible bulge that strains his worn out pants. The other arm dangles from a velvet cushion, in a decadent pose. His eyes are distant, the mouth tensed in a bored, haughty grin; a proud queen of his dreary brothel.

The painter lays down the brush and studies his subject.

"Can you touch yourself?" His voice is neutral.

The boy shrugs.

"Its your dime."

His hand moves over his cock and the boy begins to stroke his erection through the pants.

"Slower."

"Oh..."

A soft noise and the fly is open. The hand slides inside and the boy jerks up his hips. His eyes never leave the painter's.

The man goes back to his work and begins to paint again, almost forgetting about the boy. An increasing of breath, a stifled moan, tell him that the boy is almost done. He gazes at the beautiful sight in front of him: the boy is coming, his head thrown back, eyes shut and mouth open in a pleading, silent scream.

"We are done."

For a brief moment the painter gathers a sign of annoyance over the boy's face.

"Can I see?"

"Of course."

The boy approaches the painting.

He stares in shock, a shadow of sadness darkens his eyes. He looks fragile and helpless.

"But... this is not me..."

"This is the way I see you."

The moment has gone. The rent-boy shrugs.

"As long as you pay, you can see me the way you wish."
