*****

Favorite Story in Archive: RuneDancer's Unspoken Arc, Arrangement of Thorns by Kharessa, Alex's Lord Celeborn's Book Series

Favorite Character (real / fictional): Rúmil is one, recently fallen in love with Celebrian and Fingolfin.

Most Hated Character: None really, but I prefer elves over everyone else

Favorite Movie: Pretty much any romantic comedy/mystery (including old ones like the old Carey Grant ones like North by Northwest...), Pride & Prejudice, Sense & Sensibility, Little Women, etc. And I like Return of the King best out of the Trilogy!

Favorite Book: I like series of books, no real favorite one book...though I like Tom Clancy, Terry Brooks, and yes, Harry Potter and Stephanie Meyer.

How did you come to fan-fiction/slash writing? Read Tricia's stories and found the yahoo groups, finally got brave enough to write something for a challenge. I do a lot more reading and beta-ing than writing though.

How do you come up with ideas for stories? I usually need a challenge, sort of a structured plot, if I have a base, I can usually run with it.

What do you do to overcome writer's block? I think I have it more than I don't have it, so I would say I never overcome it, really. Seriously, I don't think I write enough to say that I get writer's block.

Have you written in any other fandom? Stargate Atlantis, Hawaii Five-O, The Stand, Little Women. (That's Yuletide for you!)

Do you use music as a soundtrack for your writing? If yes, what kind? No, although I have a small tv/dvd in my room and I almost always have a movie in.

Is there a certain time of day you usually sit down to write? Mornings are good, or late at night

Have you or would you write stories "on request" for readers? Never been asked, probably maybe, could do it, especially if there was a baseline plot from which to work

Which of your own stories do you like best? Swept Away

What do you think, why the mostly female writers in slash make up stories about male/male relationships? Maybe because we want to see an emotional element in the fics, and if guys were to write slash, it would be all sex?

Do you have muses who help you with your stories? If yes, who are they? No consistent muses. I get inspiration from the characters in individual stories.

What do you think is your trademark in stories and why? They're fluffy and mostly romantic. I do kid fic pretty well too, I think.

What part of your writing do you think still needs improvement? Characterizations, description, canon.

Is there something you would never write? Child abuse, anything really really dark... And I've developed a definite squick for incest/sibcest.
