*****
Favorite Story in Archive: Depends what mood I’m in at the time.
Favorite Character (real/fictional): In LOTR, Boromir. RPS is probably Sean Bean, although again it does depend on what my mood is. Completely unrelated is Scorpius from Farscape, but I have a thing for smooth talking intelligent baddies.
Most hated Character: Eowyn. Something of an Electra complex there (in the classical sense rather than any reference to movies involving Ben Affleck)
Favorite Movie: FOTR; Plunkett and Maclaine.
Favorite Book: The Wheel of Fortune by Susan Howatch
How did you come to fan-fiction/slash writing? A bet with a friend which became an addiction (the writing rather than the betting!). Also to boost up the number of anti-fluffy stories out there too
How do you come up with ideas for stories? Daydreaming, casual remarks made in actor’s interviews, feedback
What do you do to overcome writer's block? Eat chocolate! :D Normally re-read the books and pester my beta for what she would like to read next. If one person is happy with a story I am satisfied.
Have you written in any other fandom? Not at this time.
Do you use music as a soundtrack for your writing? If yes, what kind? Only through the songvids made by the very talented people on the web, such as Olinima.
Is there a certain time of day you usually sit down to write? 6-8 at night, mostly due to the fact that colleagues were curious about what I was writing at lunch, which was unlikely to go down well
Have you or would you write stories "on request" for readers? If they involve characters or actors I like (or at least have no objections to interesting concepts with them in), definitely. I have already written several hobbit based ones for my beta
Which of your own stories do you like best? Currently “And All Because”
Do you have muses who help you with your stories? If yes, who are they? My beta, Mandy/Olinima
What do you think is your trademark in stories and why? Dry humour. Simply because I tend to be unable to write without it.
What part of your writing do you think still needs improvement? The sex scenes, although these appear to be vaguely improving. Although I know what I want, getting from A to B is often a trek worthy of James T Kirk.
Is there something you would never write? Haven’t found it yet. Although obviously no children or animals as they have enough problems in life as it is.
